How to read this:
Cost per booked intro call is the anchor metric, not CPL — a $150 CPL booking at 60% beats an $80 CPL booking at 25%. Floors are per-stage: one stage at floor while others hold expected is survivable early, but two or more stages at floor compounds fast. Blended CAC benchmarks: ≤$1,500 target · ~$3,000 expected · $5,000 freeze line
. CAC above $5,000 only pencils with retention past month three, which is why it's the master alarm, not a working number. Scale trigger: blended CAC at or below ~$3,000 for a full month with intro-call quality holding → scale budget 20–30%/month.
